I would recommend dropping the Utility Concierge "free" service. I had the impression that I was being pushed into certain choices and suspect that commissions are being paid to the person delivering the service. When I decided to go with TMobile over Armstrong Cable for internet service and asked him to set me up, he told me to do it myself. Hmmm. Was there a commission for Armstrong Cable but not for T Mobile? I don't know that this is the case. If it is, it should at minimum be fully disclosed.

I don't know where I'd be without his help and guidance throughout the process. He knew all the right people for me to quickly close on not just a home but the right home for me.

She was thoughtful, caring, and most importantly communicative. She walked us through scenarios that came up and let us know a variety of options. In our opinion, Emily is first class when it comes to the top realtors in the Pittsburgh Area.
